The fund builds a diversified portfolio of private credit, impact debt, and specialty finance that is:

• Invested directly into impactful organisations underserved by traditional financial institutions, but with credible repayment capacity;

• Invested across a range of sectors supporting impactful outcomes;

• Invested in New Zealand based organisations; and

• Less correlated to traditional asset classes and less susceptible to short-term macro-economic cycles.
