The fund builds a diversified portfolio that is:

• Invested directly into equity ownership in scalable infrastructure assets;

• Targeting a range of sectors underpinning resilient infrastructure systems;

• Invested primarily in New Zealand, with direct exposure to offshore investments capped at 15% of the Fund’s assets; and

• Less correlated to traditional asset classes and less susceptible to short-term macro-economic cycles.
