Building a diversified portfolio of growth assets that is:

• Invested directly into equity ownership in high-growth ventures;

• Invested across a range of high-growth industry sectors;

• Invested primarily in New Zealand, with direct exposure to offshore investments (Australia & Pacific) capped at 25% of the Fund’s assets; and

• Less correlated to traditional asset classes and less susceptible to short-term macro-economic cycles.
